Fourth Grade Teacher

​This position is responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and academically challenging learning environment that supports the intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual growth of each student. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively deliver curriculum aligned with developmental and academic goals while preparing and implementing lesson plans, assessing student learning, grading assignments, and providing meaningful feedback. The teacher must also maintain accurate student records, including grades and attendance, and utilize technology effectively to communicate with students and parents.

 

Strong collaboration and professional communication with families, colleagues, administrators, and staff are essential. As a faith-based educator, the teacher will intentionally integrate biblical principles and a Christian worldview into daily instruction, model Christ-like character, foster spiritual development, and encourage students to grow in their relationship with God while pursuing academic excellence.

Substitute Teacher

This position is responsible for supporting the classroom teacher in maintaining a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that promotes the intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual growth of students. The Substitute Teacher will assist with classroom activities, supervise students, follow lesson plans provided by the teacher, and help ensure daily routines run smoothly.

Responsibilities include monitoring student behavior, providing assistance with assignments and classroom tasks, and helping maintain a safe and respectful learning environment. The Substitute Teacher will communicate professionally with students, staff, and parents as needed and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to the needs of the classroom. As a faith-based educator, the Substitute Teacher will model Christ-like character, support the school's Christian mission, and encourage students to grow academically and spiritually through positive interactions and biblical values.

Before Care Manager

The Before Care Manager is responsible for providing a safe, welcoming, and structured environment for students who arrive before the start of the school day. This position oversees all aspects of the Before Care program, ensuring students are properly supervised while fostering positive social interactions and promoting a calm, orderly atmosphere.

Responsibilities include supervising students during before-care hours, maintaining attendance records, ensuring student safety, organizing age-appropriate activities, and assisting students with morning routines as needed.

 

The Before Care Manager will communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and school administrators regarding student needs and program operations. This position also requires enforcing school policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and responding appropriately to student behavior and minor incidents.

After Care Manager

The After Care Manager is responsible for providing a safe, welcoming, and structured environment for students who stay after the school day has concluded. This position oversees all aspects of the After Care program, ensuring students are properly supervised while fostering positive social interactions and promoting a calm, orderly atmosphere.
